Conclusions on Landbay

Landbay will never be the most exciting investment opportunity in the European P2P investment universe. Landbay does one thing – British ‘Buy To Let’ mortgages. Their management team have been doing it for a long time. They are good at it. Buy to let loans have performed well over the last 20 years, and this makes the market competitive. This limits the interest that Landbay can offer its investors. There are many P2P investors who don’t want to lay awake at night worrying about their investment portfolio. Landbay caters perfectly to those investors. Many sophisticated investors will also split their portfolio into different risk categories and will be looking to allocate some of their funds to an investment with a lower risk profile.  Landbay could also have a very useful role in this context.
